Jay is co-owner of three successful businesses in the hospitality industry, bringing firsthand knowledge of marketing, operations, customer engagement, and brand development.

As a wife and mother balancing multiple roles, Jay created Fernandez & Co. with a clear mission: to take the stress of marketing and branding off business owners so they can focus on what matters most and what they do best — family & running their business.
